James Holeman
Pastor
James Holeman has been pastor of Union Church for over 12 years. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he graduated from Fuller Northwest Seminary in Seattle, WA in 2008 and served for 5 years as the Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Salt Lake City until 2013. James married his wife Victoria in 1999. They have 4 children. James enjoys watching movies, creating stained glass art, camping, and kayaking.
Tammy Biddix
Office Manager
Tammy Biddix was born in Arizona and moved to the area at 5 years old. Tammy joined Union Presbyterian Church, now Union Community Church, when she was 12. She is active in the Women of the Church, Union's Ensemble, and various other church committees. Tammy loves music, her family, and traveling.
Jennifer Nelson
Communication Director
Jennifer Nelson is a devoted wife to Eric Nelson and proud mother of four, whose life is rooted in her lifelong Christian faith. She is a native of Clover, SC and has attended Union her entire life and it's where she met her husband. With a heart full of passion for sharing God's Word, Jennifer is dedicated to encouraging others in their spiritual walk. Whether through her community involvement, church activities, or day-to-day conversations, she brings warmth, authenticity, and joy to those around her. Jennifer’s greatest desire is to help others know the love and truth of Jesus Christ
Jieeun Ha
Accompanist
Jieeun Ha is originally from South Korea, moving to the U.S. in 2000 with her family and has called Charlotte home since 2013. Jieeun has been playing piano since she was 3 and began serving in the church at 12. Music has always been a core part of Jieeun's life- a way to worship and glorify God through the gifts she has been given. Outside of music, Jieeun loves to spend time with her mini dachshund, Mercy. The two love going to the park, hiking, and spending time at the beach together.
